Hey there, I’m Renee!

I truly feel that most women were not taught how their bodies work (Hi, it’s me!) and my goal was to help fill that gap and take the fear of the perimenopause unknown away.

I help women navigate the noisy health and wellness space to finally understand how to eat/live/be to:

  • Support the transition into menopause.

  • Improve their overall health and troubleshoot the symptoms of perimenopause.

  • Finally address those pesky symptoms you’ve been normalizing or ignoring before they amplify during perimenopause.

  • Know what foods and lifestyle changes can support you through this stage.

  • How to nourish your body based on your goals, preferences, and busy lives.

  • Understand what the common symptoms of perimenopause are so you aren’t blindsided.

  • Help you to embrace your changing body and stop feeling confused, isolated, worried, and alone.

I love all things hormones and gut health and feel like these two things are at the root of a lot of our symptoms and a lot of the challenges we may face.

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Level 2 Restorative Wellness Practitioner with the skills to run a range of functional tests. I am also certified in HTMA and Functional Blood Chemistry.

Nine Bites stands for the 9 foundations that support balance and optimal function in our body. They are (1) a nutrient dense diet, (2) healthy detoxification and drainage, (3) healthy digestion, (4) blood sugar balance, (5) sleep, (6) stress, (7) movement, (8) community, and (9) a sense of purpose.

My goal as your Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is to help empower you to become knowledgeable about and responsible for your health. To show you that your body isn’t betraying you and that it is possible to embrace the changes you’re experiencing, reframe our thoughts around our changing bodies, and to be the healthiest versions of ourselves in this next half of life.
